Golden Seahorse Productions
was formed in 1993 by writer/director/musician Richard J. Frankland
(Gunditjmara Nation) and producer John Foss.
Since 1993 Richard and John
have produced over sixty films, video's and documentaries for
broadcasters, government, business and the community including
the award winning short films
NO WAY TO FORGET and
HARRY'S WAR.

2009 saw the release of
Richard and John's debut feature film project
STONE BROS. This cult film was Australia's first
Indigenous comedy film written and directed by Richard and
co-produced by John.
Golden Seahorse Productions
provide a full film and video production service from script
development through to filming, post production and
distribution.
The company is also
experienced in the development of webclips for the internet and can
provide/develop music for film and television
soundtracks.
Golden Seahorse Productions
have produced plays for La Mama, Chamber Made Opera and the
Melbourne International Arts Festival.
